5 Days Uganda Wildlife Tour involves a safari to Murchison Falls National Park the largest park in Uganda to explore wildlife such as the four of the Big Five (Lions, Leopards, Elephants, and Buffalo) among others during Game drives, boat cruise and a visit to the top of Murchison falls. Day 1: Pickup from Kampala/Entebbe International Airport and transfer to Murchison Falls National Park with Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary.
Our Tour Guide/driver shall pick you up from your hotel in Kampala/Entebbe Airport and transfer to Murchison Falls National Park in Masindi via Kampala – Gulu Highway(A109) with a stopover at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary where you will be guaranteed to experience the only wild endangered Rhino population in Uganda tracking them on foot. After the Rhino tracking, we will embark on our journey to Murchison Falls National Park with a lunch break and refreshments at Kabalega dinners in Masindi. Upon arrival at Murchison, we will clear with the park entry necessities at the park entry in Kichumbanyobo Gate then proceed to check-in at the lodge. Dinner and overnight stay at the lodge.

Day 2: Morning Game Drive and Afternoon Boat Cruise in Murchison Falls National Park.

After breakfast, we will head-out for a morning game drive in the park to explore the picturesque savannah grassland and wildlife like the African Elephants, Giraffes, Lions, Uganda Kobs, warthogs, Leopards, giraffes, Jackson Hartebeests, buffaloes among others birds and wildlife.
Return for relaxation and lunch at the Lodge then later proceed for an afternoon boat cruise on the Nile. The Nile boat Cruise exposes you to more beautiful sceneries of the River Nile as well as more wildlife like the huge crocodiles, hippos, and several bird species. Exit the Park and return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stays.

Day 3: Top of the Falls views and Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park.

Wake up to a delicious breakfast, the tour driver shall drive you to the top of the falls where you will experience a mist breath-taking unforgettable moments watching the falls rush down through a tiny canyon creating powerful water falls with a rain effect and a rainbow.
Exit the top of the falls, return to the lodge, have lunch and check-out of the lodge then transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park.

Day 4: Morning Game Drive and Afternoon Kazinga Channel Boat Cruise.

On this day 4, you will have a relaxed breakfast then head-out for an early morning game drive for more wildlife views that you may not have spotted previously. Exit the park and return to the lodge for relaxation and lunch. Later in the afternoon, embark on a thrilling adventurous Boat Cruise on the Kazinga Channel. Kazinga Channel is a connecting channel between lake Edward and Lake George within Queen Elizabeth National Park and the boat cruise typically lasts for about 2 hours which is an ample time to allow you have a marvellous experience spotting wildlife such as elephants, hippos, crocodiles, cape buffalo among and a variety of bird species like the herons personally and closely as well as sights of fishing villages situated within the park whilst on cruise.

Day 5: Transfer to Kampala/Entebbe Airport for flights back home.

Day 3: Transfer from Lake Mburo to Queen Elizabeth National Park and do an afternoon game drive.

Day 2: Early morning Gorilla Trekking and afternoon Nature walk in Bwindi.

Early morning after breakfast at the lodge, you will be picked up by our tour guide in 4by4 vehicle and head out to the park headquarters for briefing about the dos and don’ts upon gorilla trekking that usually starts around 7am Uganda’s time within any of Bwindi’s four sectors that’s Buhoma, Ruhija, Rushaga, and Nkuringo. After briefing at the park headquarters, you will be assigned a park ranger leading you to a gorilla family in the jungle. Gorilla trekking usually takes about 50 minutes to half day depending on the viability of your assigned gorilla family of which upon sighting the gorilla family, you will be allowed not more than one hour of close encounter with the mountain gorillas for up close interaction and photo taking. After you will return back to the lodge for lunch and relaxation. Later in the afternoon, head out for nature walks within the communities through the exciting hiking trails in Buhoma sector.

Day 3: Transfer from Bwindi to Queen Elizabeth National Park via Ishasha Sector

Get up in the morning, have breakfast at the lodge, check out and embark on a journey which is approximately 180km in about 3 to 4 hours’ drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park from Bwindi via Ishasha region where you may be lucky to spot tree climbing lions. Upon arrival at the park, we will proceed with the necessary park clearances, check in at lodge. Dinner and overnight stays at the lodge.

Day 4: Early morning Game Drive and afternoon Boat Cruise on Kazinga Channel in Queen Elizabeth National Park.

Considering an early morning game drive after breakfast at the lodge for beautiful sights of wildlife especially wild animals that usually do morning hunts before they hide such as spotted Hyenas, lions, leopards as well as African Elephants, buffaloes, warthogs, waterbucks, Uganda Kobs among more. The Game drive usually lasts between 2 to 4 hours then you can head back for lunch and brief relaxation at the lodge. Later in the afternoon, you will head out for a boat cruise on Kazinga Channel, which is an interconnection waterway between Lake Edward and Lake George offering a scenic beauty and an ultimate wildlife exploration. The Boat Cruise on Kazinga Channel usually lasts for 2 hours of water ride on the channel with sights of rich wildlife such as numerous Elephants that are normally seen grazing, drinking and swimming near the channel shores, large numbers of Hippos that reside in the water, baby crocodiles, buffaloes among more. Early in the morning after breakfast at the lodge, our tour guide shall pick you up and transfer you to the Park headquarters in Kanyanchu for a briefing about the do’s and don’ts of chimpanzee trekking then you will head out to the jungle with a park ranger to do chimpanzee trekking where you will spend time observing primates and chimps in particular in their natural habitats with 1 hour grant for up close interface and photo taking thereafter the park ranger will guide you back to the starting point. Relaxation and lunch at the lodge. Later in the afternoon, you will enjoy a guided nature walk in Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary, home to variety of birds and primate species which will take you amazingly 2 hours thrilling the 4.5 KM long swamp walk. Day 4: Early morning Gorilla Trekking and afternoon Batwa Pygmies visit in Bwindi.

Early morning after breakfast at the lodge, you will be picked up by our tour guide in 4by4 vehicle and head out to the park headquarters for briefing about the dos and don’ts of gorilla trekking that usually starts around 7am Uganda’s time within any of Bwindi’s four sectors that’s Buhoma, Ruhija, Rushaga, and Nkuringo. After briefing at the park headquarters, you will be assigned a park ranger leading you to assigned gorilla family in the jungle. The 3 days trip to Kalangala Island consists of a ferry Safari from Nakiwogo (Port Alice) in Entebbe to Bugala Island in Kalangala at Lutoboka Bay exploring the Ssese Islands with different optional activities to choose from such as forest walk, fishing, swimming, board games, boat cruise, birdwatching and beach relaxation with sunset views then returning ferry to Kampala.

Detailed travel Package


Day 1: Pick up from Kampala and transfer to Entebbe at Nakiwogo (Port Alice) for Kalangala Island (Ssese Island).
After breakfast, our tour guide/driver shall pick you up from Kampala, brief you about the trip and transfer you to Entebbe at Nakiwogo (Port Alice) to catch up the MV Nordeal Kalangala ferry to Ssese Island Kalangala. The ferry usually departs from Nakiwogo in Entebbe at 2:30pm daily and arrives in Lutoboka Bay (Kalangala) at around 5:00PM and returns on Sunday at 9:30am. The MV Nodeal Kalangala ferry is a non-government-owned ferry hence luxury ferry with executive seats taking less time. Alternatively in a more luxury way, we can drive to Munyonyo and take an MV Brovad Kalangala Ferry that normally departs at around 2pm and 4pm.
On arrival at the Bay in Kalangala, you shall be picked up by the hotel driver and transfer to the hotel for check-in and relaxation with beautiful sunset views. Dinner and overnight at the Lodge.

Day 2: Nature Walk to Bugala Island, swimming, board games and afternoon boat cruise in Kalangala.
Wake up to a sunrise view breakfast, and head-out for a guided nature walk to Bugala Island exploring the amazing beautiful rain forests sheltering many bird species, butterflies and primates that maybe spotted. After the nature walk, you will head back to the lodge and do swimming or beach board games or optionally go to the landing sites in Kalangala where you will learn about fishing and take part in the activity at an extra cost. Lunch and relaxation at the lodge.
Afternoon we will be transferred by the hotel driver to the docking place to take a boat cruise exploring through the Bugala Island. Dinner and overnight stay at the lodge.

Day 3: Transfer from Kalangala Island to Entebbe Nakiwogo
Climax your staycation in Kalangala with another sunrise view relaxing breakfast, check-out of the lodge, and transfer from Kalangala Island on an MV Kalangala Ferry that normally departs at 8AM from Kalangala to Nakiwogo Entebbe (Port Alice). Or alternatively, if you used the MV Brovad Kalangala Ferry, you will depart at 2pm from Kalangala to Munyonyo. Once you’re in Entebbe/Munyonyo, you will be picked up by our tour guide/driver to transfer you to Kampala.

Day 1: Pick up from the Hotel in Kampala or Entebbe International Airport and Transfer for a stay in Kitgum northern Uganda.

On this first day of the travel plan, we will take an adventure to northern Uganda. Our tour guide/driver shall pick you up from the hotel in Kampala/Entebbe international Airport, do a briefing and transfer to Kitgum in Northern Uganda through Luweero, Nakasongola, Masindi within the lush sights of the countryside with a lunch stopover. Later embark on the journey northwards to arrive in Kitgum town and proceed to check-in at the Lodge. Dinner and overnight stay at the lodge.

Day 2: Drive to Kidepo Valley National Park and Do an afternoon Game drive

Early morning breakfast, check-out at the lodge then proceed on a 3 to 4 hours’ drive to the conservation area of Kidepo Valley National Park exploring through the tiny remote areas of Northern Uganda. Upon arrival, we will clear with the necessary park entrance fees, head further to check-in at the lodge. Relaxation and Lunch at the lodge. Later in the afternoon, you will head-out for an afternoon Game Drive through the well-known Narus Valley, the animal concentration points in the park with high chances of wildlife views such as lions usually lying in the rock Kopjes, African Elephants, Cape Buffaloes, Jackals, Jackson’s hartebeests, wild dogs, Klipspringers, Ostriches, Zebras, Warthogs and cheetahs amongst. Drive back to the lodge. Dinner and overnight stays at the lodge.

Day 3: Morning Game Drive in Kidepo and Karamojong community visit.

Wake up to a delicious breakfast, embark on an exciting 3 to 4 hours early morning Game Drive into  the savannah grassland through the well-known Narus Valley, the animal concentration points in the park with more high chances of spotting wildlife that you may not have seen earlier or that usually do morning hunts such as lions normally lying in the rock Kopjes, Leopards, African Elephants, Cape Buffaloes, Jackals, Jackson’s hartebeests, wild dogs, Klipspringers, Ostriches, bushels Zebras, Elands, Warthogs , giraffes, cheetahs, and waterbucks amongst. Later return to the Lodge for lunch and relaxation. After lunch, embark on a walk to the Karamojong communities of Kapedo and Karena to experience the traditional lifestyle filled with entertainment of beautiful traditional songs and Karamojong dances, their pastoral practices such as making crafts, grazing and kraal performances among more. Conclude your Karamojong community visit and head back to the lodge. Dinner and overnight stay at the lodge.

Day 4: Transfer to Kampala/Entebbe from Kidepo Valley National Park.

On the last day of the travel, finalise your stay with a hot breakfast, check-out of the lodge and transfer back to Kampala/Entebbe international Airport for your flights back home with en route lunch. Arrive in Kampala at a point of your choice or be dropped at Entebbe international Airport for your scheduled flights back home.

Early in the morning after breakfast at the lodge, our tour guide shall pick you up and transfer you to the Park headquarters in Kanyanchu for a briefing about the do’s and don’ts of chimpanzee trekking then you will head out to the jungle with a park ranger to do chimpanzee trekking where you will spend time observing primates and chimps in particular in their natural habitats with 1 hour grant for up close interface and photo taking thereafter the park ranger will guide back to the starting point. Relaxation and lunch at the lodge. Later in the afternoon, you will enjoy a guided nature walk in Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary, home to variety of birds and primate species which will take you amazingly 2 hours thrilling the 4.5 KM long swamp walk. Day 3: Return to Kampala or transfer to Entebbe international Airport for a flight back home.

Our Tour Guide/driver shall pick you up from your hotel in Kampala/Entebbe Airport and embark on approximately 370KM distance in about 7 to 8 hours from Kampala via Mbarara-Masaka road with a stopover at the Equator Statue along Masaka highway and take beautiful pictures. Thereafter continue to the scenic western on our journey to Queen Elizabeth National Park with a lunch stop in Mbarara town. Day 2: Morning Game Drive and Afternoon Kazinga Channel Boat Cruise.

On the day 2 of the travel, you will have a delicious breakfast then transfer for an early morning game drive for wildlife views that you may not have spotted previously. Exit the park and return to the lodge for relaxation and lunch. Later in the afternoon, proceed on a thrilling adventurous Boat Cruise on the Kazinga Channel. Day 1: pick up from Kampala and transfer to Jinja.

On Friday evening, you will be picked up from Kampala transfer to Jinja using Kampala-Jinja Highway. We will go through Mukono and have a stopover at Namawojoro for a quick snack and refreshment and one more stop at Jinja bridge for pictures and videos then head to the accommodations for resting and refreshment.
